HR Assistant - 21 hours per week - Head Office, London NW7
Our HR department is looking to employ a part-time HR Assistant to work with the whole HR Team delivering an effective HR, Learning & Development and Payroll service to the whole charity.
The ideal candidate will have some experience of working in an HR role and have gained the CIPD-accredited Certificate in HR Practice and/or may be engaged in further HR-related study.

Trauma Support Specialists - throughout the UK We are looking for applications from self-employed trauma specialists throughout the UK, who can provide on site support to client organisations in response to critical and significant incidents on an ad hoc basis.
The primary purpose of the on site trauma specialist role is to travel to client organisation sites (in most cases a retail outlet) and provide support to staff impacted by some potentially traumatic event such as a robbery, violent customer, sudden death of a customer and so on. The on site trauma specialist will be required to support both managers and staff to minimise the psychological impact of such an event on those staff involved and to refer individuals for additional support with Retail Trust if required. Ideal candidates will be counsellors who are BACP accredited or have equivalent qualifications and who have been providing such on site trauma support services within an employee assistance context for at least three years. Experience of working in a management role within the retail sector would also be highly desirable.
