Work Life Specialist (Permanent) - 28 hours per week, based in Mill Hill

The retailHUB team develops and manages the provision of internal and external welfare services, operates a confidential Helpline, services the Welfare Applications and provides support to the Board and maintain records and filing.

After initial training, the successful candidate will be able to process and financial assistance application, take calls on the Helpline and undertake any clerical and administrative dutires as required of the role.

The ideal candidate will be one who is experienced in previously working within a helpline environment and has person centred skills to assess the needs of those needing support. You should be computer literate and have experience in using database / customer relationship management systems.

Work Life Specialist (Temporary) - 21 hours per week, as required, based in Mill Hill

This post will concentrate on the inbound financial needs applications. The successful candidate will ensure the effective assessments are carried out for individual applications and provide the adequate support each applicant requires in order to assist them.

Key requirements for this role involve having previous knowledge and experience of the process of grant making procedures and providing telephone support. This role will also support the permanent post of Work Life Specialist as and when required.

The ideal candidate will be one who is experienced in previously working within a helpline environment and has person centred skills to assess the needs of those needing support. You should be computer literate and have experience in using database / customer relationship management systems.
