Raising awareness of the Retail Trust Helpline
We will work together with your Internal Comms/HR dept to provide targeted communications to build awareness of the Helpline with staff so they know the benefits of our services, and for you to get value for money. We will also talk to you about other ways to communicate with your staff via Marketing Materials.
New EAP partners
Once you have adopted the Retail Trust EAP, we will ask for details of your Internal Communications so we can provide you with communications that are relevant to your staff. This will comprise a series of articles, the first being an introduction to Retail Trust for your staff and details of our services. Alternatively, we can create something bespoke to your requirements.
We will send an article each month that will be relevant to your staff for inclusion in your internal magazine or on your intranet focusing on one particular area, e.g. debt, retail crime, family problems and stress. This can be used as a complete article or you can use the following elements to suit your communications style: a case study, quote, information on the relevant service and a photo.
