Support & Advice
The Retail Trust Helpline provides totally free, confidential and independent support and advice on any issue, including personal, family, home, health, finance and work. Callers can be signposted to appropriate organisations that may provide specialist help. With our in-depth knowledge of issues that people in retail are facing, we provide an additional source of support for your HR department, store and warehouse managers.
Everyone throughout your organisation can benefit from the advice and support the Retail Trust Helpline provides, including senior members.


A Dedicated Account Manager
Your Account Manager will be your first point of contact at Retail Trust and he/she will ensure that you receive quarterly and annual reports. Your Account Manager will also be available to deliver presentations at meetings in order to raise awareness of the Retail Trust Helpline with your staff.


Planned roll-out to staff
Your Account Manager will work with you to propose a plan to roll-out the EAP and Helpline to your staff using your existing communications channels. This is bespoke to the requirements of your business.


Marketing Materials
We currently provide artwork for the following items that you can print in-house or through our printers: 

Helpline leaflets - to be given to staff
 


Table talkers – to display on the tables of your staff room



Posters – for noticeboards (A3, A4)



Wallet cards – that can be attached to a pay slip or handed out



Helpline ‘Full Guide’ – to be given to staff or displayed in communal area



Helpline ‘Brief Guide’ – to be given to staff or displayed in communal area

Each item of our literature displays the Helpline number very prominently, so staff can see and remember the number and call at an appropriate time, or alternatively they can contact via email or text.


Internal Communications
We will work together with your Internal Communications/Human Resources department to provide targeted communications to raise awareness of the Helpline with staff in order for them to maximise the benefits, and for you to get value for money.
