The Helpline is available to anyone working in retail or related industries and their families, from the shop floor to the boardroom.
We have given support to people who have been victims and witnesses to gun and knife crime, physical and mental abuse, financial difficulty as well as other unforeseen circumstances that life can throw at us.
Our in-house and sensitive staff are trained (THA levels 1, 2 and 3) and are there to help on any issue, personal or work related.
The Helpline is the gateway to all our other services such as access to financial assistance, free legal advice, free counselling, career development and a ReWork programme as well as retirement housing throughout the UK.

Retail Trust is a member of the Telephone Helpline Association which provides specialist advice for running non-profit helplines in the UK and Ireland.
