Cancellation Policy
Bookings are subject to cancellation as follows:
10% up to 25th June 2010
25% 26th June - 29th August 2010
50% 30th August to 30th October 2010
100% 31st October to 31st January

Platinum Table
Dining for ten includes, champagne reception, three course meal, champagne, wines & liqueurs. Luxury gift for each guest, company name displayed at table and on prominent projection screens, acknowledgement in the brochure & principal table position.
Gold Table
Dining for ten includes, champagne reception, three course meal, wines. Luxury gift for each guest, company name displayed at table and acknowledgment in the brochure and prime table position.
Silver Table
Dining for ten includes, champagne reception, three course meal, wines. There are a limited number of these tables available on the main floor and will be allocated to those that are booked first, after which they will be seated on the balcong
