The Retail Trust Annual Charity Art Exhibition - Glasgow
3 - 4 October
In 2009 this successful art exhibition in aid of Retail Trust,, celebrates its 14th year. The exhibition, displayed at Pollokshields Burgh Halls, allowed art lovers to purchase top class art while raising funds and awareness for Retail Trust.
With more than 300 exhibits, the exhibition showed the work of over 100 local, national and international artists. Artists have included Helen Turner, Sylvia Allen, Joyce Borland, Ian Elliot, Mairi Aitken and Elena Kourenkova, whose work is highly sought after, and we are delighted to have more than 20 new artists exhibiting this year.
Elspeth Campbell, Scottish Events & Corporate Fundraising Manager of Retail Trust, said: “We are delighted to be back at Pollokshields Burgh Halls once again with the exhibition, which is an important event that contributes substantially to Retail Trust funds.”
The exhibition was held on Saturday 3 October from 10am – 5pm and on Sunday 4 October from 11am-4pm and raised over £9,500 for Retail Trust.
