Retail Trust Helpline

We can help with all kinds of problems and issues you might have.

From family problems, to issues with your landlord, to money worries, through to how to cope if you’ve lost someone close or even if someone is bullying you at work. Perhaps you’re becoming dependent on drugs or alcohol.

Whatever the problem, we can help, so keep us in mind.

Call the Retail Trust Helpline 0808 801 0808 (Outside UK number +44 845 766 0113) about any problem you may have and talk to the Helpline team who can give you independent advice and support. The conversation will be confidential, so you can have the peace of mind that your personal problems will stay personal.

Through the Helpline callers can get access to our full range of services. We will provide support as well as a sign posting service for anyone concerned about anything including problems such as stress, anxiety, grief. or even if you have been affected by the riots last year.

Retail Trust is a member of The Helplines Association. The Helplines Association provides specialist advice for running non-profit helplines in the UK and Ireland. The Retail Trust Helpline follows good practice guidelines in areas such as staffing, training, support, confidentiality, accessibility and accountability.
