The brand new investment was unveiled at Leylands. Guests included Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Derbyshire, retailers Bennetts, Next, John Lewis and Morrisons, Derby College and the Mayor of Derby who unveiled the commemoration plaque to the 160 attendees.
