Antony Cotton, loveable busybody Sean Tully on Coronation Street, is taking to the stage as host of the Retail Trust Great Northern Party on 20 September. Elite northern retailers will gather together at the exceptional venue The Point in Old Trafford for the third year running.
Global and national retailers, suppliers and manufacturers will dine, dance and party the night away, rubbing shoulders against the backdrop of the Old Trafford Cricket Ground. Guests will be treated to a three course feast created by The Point’s talented chef, and a silent auction, a raffle and a quiz will provide additional fun throughout the evening. Entertainment will be provided by sounds of Manchester’s Boogie Express to finish off the evening.
The party is an annual event for Retail Trust, the only charity that looks after all three million people working in retail. The charity provides a range of services including retirement estates for independent living in Salford and Liverpool. Money raised on the night will fund these two estates and feed into the wider services like the Retail Trust Helpline 0808 801 0808, that helps retailers and their families who are in need.
Regular supporters of this event include BrightHouse, Debenhams, Harvey Nichols, House of Fraser, JD Williams, Matalan, Shop Direct, Timpson, and Ultimate Products and many many more.
