In October 2006, Retail Trust bought the site formerly owned by the Humphrey Booth Housing Association. When completed, Retail Trust will offer 50 brand new flats for people retired from retail located in Shelmerdine Gardens in Salford.
The estate provides accommodation and support that is tailor-made so that each resident can maintain a lifestyle that is as independent as possible.
The newly developed estate will include a new state of the art Community Centre including a café, activity room, communal hall and hairdressers, offering an active and stimulating environment for the residents, and their friends and relatives.
