For those retired from the retail sector, Retail Trust offers accommodation with supported living arrangements enabling people to live independently in their own homes on our estates in London, Derby, Liverpool, Salford and Glasgow.

Retail Trust operates the extra care and supported living model to provide homes for life with support that is adaptable and flexible to help our residents maintain their independence. Our estates provide supported living to those who need it on a regular basis, and comfort and security to those who prefer a more independent lifestyle.

We work in partnership with Social Services, the Health Authority and other agencies to ensure the level of support is tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.
