Richard Boland - Chief Executive

Richard was appointed retailTRUST Chief Executive in 2012. Richard is also Non-Executive of Dove Nest Group and Non-Executive Chairman of Casa Lucia Interiors Ltd and retained Retail Advisor to Sony Direct UK.

Richard provides coaching & mentoring at director, partner and senior executive level through Dove Nest Group and Moller PSF to leading organisations across a wide spectrum of business.

A seasoned retail veteran with 40 years in the industry, the last 20+ of which have been at CEO level in both publicly-owned and privately-owned business with revenues of up to £750m and up to 7,500 employees. Richard’s earlier career platform was established in blue chip retailer FT 100 companies or equivalent GUS, Sears, Asda and C&A.

Clive Warner – Chief Finance Officer

Clive joined retailTRUST as Chief Finance Officer in December 2013. Clive, an IT Graduate from Loughborough, is a Chartered Accountant and trained with KPMG. Soon after qualifying he left the accountancy practice for industry and commerce, and has held senior Finance positons mainly in the retail and leisure sectors – at companies including Timpson, Sears Group, Woolworths, UCI Cinemas and NAAFI. In his spare time Clive enjoys music, keeping fit and spending time with his family.

Kathy MacIntyre – Head of cottageHOMES

Kathy joined Retail Trust as General Manager of Crookfur Estate in February 2008.  With over 20 year’s experience in managing services in the field of social care, Kathy had previously worked for Glasgow City Council managing services for people who had experienced homelessness and latterly for a voluntary organisation providing housing support and care at home services for people with enduring mental health issues.  In 2010 she was promoted to Head of Supported Living & Care Services and subsequently became Head of cottageHOMES in 2014.  Kathy oversees the management of accommodation and services provided at cottageHOMES’ five retirement estates.
