Retail Trust Week

Retail Trust Week runs from 14-20 May 2012 and is an annual fundraiser that staff from the shop floor to the boardroom get involved in to help raise both awareness and funds for Retail Trust so we can expand our services and support more people. It is a great team building activity which promotes healthy competition between stores and retailers.

Retail Trust Week allows you to get creative with your fundraising ideas, with last year’s participants ranging from baking cakes to someone doing nine triathlons and another person doing a hundred mile bike ride.

About Retail Trust

Retail Trust is the only charity that looks after the needs of all three million people working in retail, plus those retired from the sector and its associated businesses. We provide help and support to people whatever challenges they face. While retail offers unparalleled opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds, it has many people on or near the minimum wage, which currently stands at £6.08 for workers aged 21 and over. When something goes wrong, these people can be very vulnerable. Retail Trust has services in place to make sure that we can be there for those who need the support and assistance.
