The work done by him and his team was subsequently recognised and awarded by the retail industry obtaining the digital pioneer award for the business for the cutting-edge transformative change delivered. Kash has delivered first-to-market solutions within retail and hospitality for over 20 years delivering digitally connected destinations with a customer-centric methodology which in turn has driven better engagement and interaction by this omnichannel approach.
