After a successful career working for companies from small to very large, Lee decided to build a portfolio approach to work and has over the last 15 years worked on projects for numerous companies as a Chairman, non-executive, part-time, interim board member and freelance consultant.
Whilst working with a broad range of different companies delivering coaching and training to business leaders for some of the world’s largest brands and their channel partners; Lee has introduced a number of partners to the Retail Trust.
He has worked with and led companies through varying stages of growth, turnaround, merger, acquisition and sale, specialising in increasing company value through leadership coaching, sales alignment, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
