We are looking for a proactive individual to join us as Bid Writer. You will work closely with the Commercial Director by driving trust and foundations and influencing other sectors to support the Retail Trust and the health and wellbeing of retail.

Your day will be spent developing and implementing the Trusts and Foundations fundraising strategy and generating income from a portfolio of existing and new trust funders to support our work and strategic growth.

You will use your existing knowledge of the fundraising landscape to research to identify new credible leads, continuing to grow our portfolio of supporters. Your day will also involve working closely with teams across the organisation ensuring that everything we do is aligned to our strategic priorities and all activity supports the success of the whole organisation.

We are looking for a strong networker and someone who is self-motivated to collaborate and build strong relationships. Knowledge and understanding of Trust, Foundations and statutory funding marketplace are desired, along with a track record of bid writing and raising significant funds from Trust, Statutory and Grant making organisations.

Most importantly you will need to be a performance driven individual with the passion to work in a new, dynamic team driving awareness and fundraising.
