We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Systems Manager responsible for administering and troubleshooting the business systems and smart home deployments of Retail Trust.

The role focuses on the adoption of technologies through the delivery of training and working closely with the Business Systems Developer, ensuring staff and residents can use systems effectively with minimal disruption. The Business Systems Manager also coordinates the testing of new changes and solutions and maintains documentation for users and administrators.

This is a very much a technical yet people-focused role where you will be first point of contact to troubleshoot, resolve and track business system issues, queries and request through the IT ticketing system. Other duties includes, but are not limited to managing the maintenance, support and platform updates of all business systems, deploying and maintaining IoT device configurations in smart home implementations, monitoring business systems performance and alerts, training staff on the use of smart home dashboards and working with the Business Systems Developer on project transitions to operations.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in communicating within a team and across departments as collaboration and successful delivery of projects is paramount. Practical use and configuration of IoT devices and voice control systems are highly desired, along with awareness of security standards such as ISO27001 and compliance standards. Knowledge and experience of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service, NAV/Business Central are highly desired, with experience in Excel, XML, SQL, JavaScript, .Net and C# desirable.
