We are looking for someone with strong writing skills and an eye for detail who will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging internal and external communications.
By placing the customer at the heart of what you do, you’ll be crafting communications to not only meet but exceed the audience’s needs. You’ll ensure that all messaging is in line with our brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Your day will be spent managing our social channels and online community, while providing communications support to the marketing team and wider organisation. You may be writing and scheduling the week’s social posts one minute, while proofreading a newsletter the next.
The day will be incredibly varied and you will get the opportunity to work across both B2B and B2C digital channels. And in each interaction, you will proactively demonstrate and live the Retail Trust’s beliefs and behaviours.
You will have a strong understanding of all areas of the marketing mix, with hand-on experience of community management, social media, Google Analytics and CRM tools including MS Dynamics 365.
