Your day will be spent managing tenancy information effectively to ensure calculation of appropriate charges based on set guidelines and coordination of income and housing management issues for estate managers within supported living.

You will spend time supporting the finance team by processing accurate data and information in the sales and purchase ledgers of a complex charity, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information; participating in ad-hoc finance projects.

Elements of the role include:

  • Working with the team, carrying out the rent ledger process on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Carrying out daily tasks for the wellbeing portion of the organisation, working with the Wellbeing team to ensure all processes are carried out efficiently.
  • Maintaining the sales ledger and purchase ledger on an ongoing basis.
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers across all companies, excluding rents receivable.
  • Proactively manage the accounts receivable function to ensure prompt payments from customers and to identify any problematic accounts in a timely manner.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an similar role
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Good communicator both verbal and written skills
  • Preferably some credit control experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
