We are looking for someone who can think quickly on their feet to join our Wellbeing team as a Helpline Advisor. Ideally educated to GCSE/ A level standard, you should have the ability to deal with challenging and distressed callers, apply an approachable and courteous manner.

Your day will be spent taking calls from people working in/or retired from the retail industry on our helpline which provides a first point of contact for clients accessing support. For each interaction you will create and maintain client records via our CRM system, providing clients with appropriate access to a range of services provided by the Retail Trust and our service partners including financial assistance, legal guidance, emotional support and debt support, as well as signposting to appropriate external support organisations.
