We are looking for a passionate individual to join our maintenance team based in Crookfur, one of the most sought after suburbs in the south side of Glasgow. If you are optimistic and a solution-focused individual, we want to hear from you!

Your day will be spent ensuring that excellent standards of maintenance, repairs, compliance and property management are carried out across the ten acres of ground. This is an extremely varied role and you will be required to carry out tasks including plumbing, basic joinery, painting and dealing with general maintenance issues in a efficient and timely manner. You would be involved in ensuring that legislative compliance tasks are undertaken and recorded, dealing with issues directly where possible.

We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar role, ideally in a housing setting and a trade qualification is desired. You will be working as part of a small team but must also be happy at working to your own initiative. We ask that you are flexible as this role works as part of an on-call schedule and will be required to respond to emergency call outs.
