We’re on a journey of transformation building on what our founders developed 190 years ago and are moving at astronomical pace. We’re looking for individuals who possess high energy and passion, and are all-in, collaborative and forward-thinking.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our established supported living team based at Eborn House, a grade 2 listed mansion house on the Leylands Estate in Derby. If you are an empathetic and solutions-focused individual, we want to hear from you!

Your day will be spent providing housing management support and related services, enabling the residents to achieve maximum independence and promoting their wider wellbeing. You will become a key part of our team to help us deliver our smart homes journey, being involved in the delivery of the latest service developments and implementation of technology to enhance all aspects of a resident’s lives.

During your day you will undertake responsive visits to residents, undertaking assessments to support their health, safety and welfare needs. You will work closely with the team and estate manager to resolve issues, adopting solution-focused and person-centered approaches to problem solving. There will also be the opportunity to support with planning and delivering resident social events which we hold on the estate.

We are looking for an individual with experience in supporting the elderly, someone with a calm and compassionate nature, possessing a firm but fair approach where needed. You will be working as part of a small team but must also be happy at working to your own initiative. We ask that you are flexible as this role works on a rota basis and is part of an on-call schedule and will be required to respond to emergency calls.
