Who is it for?

Any colleague interested in protecting their wellbeing. 

For too many of us, self-care comes last on our list of things to do, especially when we’re looking after the needs of others. This session helps participants to recognise the signs that they may be closer to emotional and/or physical burnout than they think and encourages better wellbeing with the use of four key tools that can be used during even the most changeable and challenging of times. Participants leave the session with the tools to create their own personalised wellbeing toolkit, along with tips for getting better sleep, eating for improved mood, and where to get help when you think you need that extra bit of support.
