Mental Health Awareness Week is celebrated annually by the Mental Health Foundation, this year focusing on nature and the environment.

The evidence is clear that access to nature is crucial for our mental health and millions of people rediscovered this during lockdowns over the last year. However, this was not the same for all of us.

The week is an opportunity for people to talk about all aspects of mental health, with a focus on providing help and advice.
