Dr Adrian Massey, Chief Medical Advisor at retailTRUST
Dr Adrian Massey is a consultant occupational physician who has worked in medical practice for 22 years. He is a fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, medical director of Duradiamond Healthcare, and renowned author of ‘Sick-Note Britain’ which was published earlier this year.

Keith Basnett, KB21 Ltd
Keith is a former Group COO at both Shop Direct and Yodel, and Group Business Transformation and Supply Chain Director at Mothercare Plc. Prior to that he served on the operating board of N Brown Group where he was co-founder of Zendor.com. He also worked at Green Flag, Hutchison Telecom and American Express. He is now an investor in a small portfolio of businesses and Non-Executive Director at Snapp CV Group Plc.
Keith has previously been a speaker and panellist at a number of industry events. With over 35 years of experience in senior operational roles across a variety of businesses, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of operations but with particular emphasis on supply chain optimisation, reverse logistics, retail e-commerce, insource versus outsource, contact centre management and global business integration and transformation.
Paul Verrico, Partner at Eversheds Sutherland
Paul is a Partner and experienced Solicitor-Advocate, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Member of the Business Accountability Research Centre and a Member of the Solicitors' Association of Higher Court Advocates. Specialising in corporate criminal defence; his experience covers health and safety, environmental, road traffic and education disciplines. He regularly defends proceedings brought by the HSE, EA, Local Authorities and VOSA.
Ben Fellowes, Head of Operations at DeltaV
Bristling with experience in operational leadership and management, training design and delivery and senior HR management gleaned from a ten year career in The Parachute Regiment, Ben coordinates all DeltaV’s operations and delivers 1:1 executive coaching for select clients.
Andrea Woodside, Wellbeing Consultant at retailTRUST
Andrea began her career in wellbeing at work 25 years ago, and has worked with a wide range of industries to support employers to tackle mental health stigma in the workplace, create sustainable solutions for safeguarding their people’s wellbeing, and design programmes which encourage recovery from emotional distress. Andrea has provided wellbeing consultancy to retailTRUST customers since 2012, and is well positioned to understand the unique needs and challenges of today’s retailers.
