Free training to manage challenging situations
Friday, 5 December 2025
Dealing with abuse can be tough. Join us to learn how you can handle and bounce back from difficult interactions.
This session supports retail colleagues facing rising customer aggression in the post-COVID world. Together, we’ll explore what’s driving this shift, hear real experiences from the shopfloor, and learn two practical resilience tools that can be applied immediately. You’ll discover the 3 Ps that drain resilience—and how to challenge them—and be introduced to the DARE model, a simple in-the-moment approach for recovering quickly after difficult interactions.
Expect clear strategies, and a practical boost in confidence to help you protect your wellbeing, stay balanced, and feel empowered at work, whatever the day brings.
