Neurodiversity in the workplace

Delivered in partnership with The Brain Charity, this online course is designed to increase awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace. We explore how to adopt a strengths-based approach to neurodiversity, explore common challenges and myths around neurodiversity, and how to create a more neurodiverse-friendly workplace, together.

It is estimated that around one in seven people (approximately 15% of people in the UK) are neurodivergent. The most effective way to make your organisation more neurodiversity-friendly and support neurodivergent colleagues is through quality training, which will help you improve understanding, reduce stigma and make changes to processes and policies.
