What it covers

By attending this course, participants will learn:

• Understanding the ‘accidental counsellor’ role, and how to avoid it
• Exploring the differences between a mental health condition and a reaction to a difficult life event
• Understanding the difference between stress and pressure
• Reflecting on the three stages of a great wellbeing conversation with a struggling colleague
• Learning how to compassionately signpost colleagues to professional support
