Vacancies

Maintenance Assistant (full-time)

Working under the direction of the Property and Building Services Manager and Estate Manager – Derby, the Maintenance Assistant will ensure that excellent standards of maintenance, repairs and property management are maintained at all times.

This includes ensuring the grounds and maintenance programme is kept up to date, undertaking general repairs, liaising with contractors and that all work and activities adhere to the retailTRUST’s Health & Safety practices.

The post holder will be expected to take part in the out-of-hours on-call rota as required.

Ideally, you will have recent experience and a formal qualification in an acknowledged trade; and be able to demonstrate general DIY skills and health and safely knowledge.

You must have a full driving licence.

Derby - Permanent - 35 hours per week
