Before you apply, here’s a little more about the process and details about some of the paperwork you may need. And remember, as with everything at the Retail Trust, applying for financial aid is completely confidential and does not affect your credit rating.

No more than two applications will be accepted within a ten year period, with a minimum period of at least two years between applications. Please note we are unable to process applications submitted for the same type of support that may have previously been applied for.

Before completing an application form, gather all your documentation. To avoid any delay in processing your application all documents such as proof of service, financial status and quotes should be submitted at the point of application.

As part of the application process for financial aid, a member of the Retail Trust team may be required to contact you directly to discuss details relating to your request. This is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of applicants.

Due to the volume of applications we receive, please be aware that an application is not a guarantee of an award. The Retail Trust will review all applications, prioritising those with the most urgent needs.
