Wellbeing workshops

Everyone involved with retail faces challenges at work and throughout our lives. Do you know how to be there for your colleagues during these times?

At retailTRUST we believe in a world where everyone involved with retail is able to access help and preventative support to manage their wellbeing, whenever they need it.

This support can come from professionals or services like retailTRUST but it can also come from the people around us. We want to ensure that you and your colleagues have the tools to help create a happier and healthier workforce.

Our workshops are offered outside of our paid for wellbeing services. They are specifically designed for retailers and the unique challenges they face. Each one is delivered by a national network of trainers, all of whom have experience in both mental health training and the retail sector. Offering practical insights into many aspects of wellbeing, each workshop upskills participants to approach mental health and wellbeing with more confidence, a deeper understanding of the issues, and practical tools to take back into the workplace.

All workshops are followed up with an e-pack of materials for further reading and development.

We also offer bespoke workshops of any duration to organisations who wish to develop a programme suited to particular needs and learning requirements.

Currently we deliver multiple workshops to retail partners including Aldi, H&M, Swarovski, Wincanton, White Stuff, Ted Baker, New Look, Schuh, Screwfix, Kingfisher and Morrisons.

“Very insightful to understand a little more about our complex human minds and how to recognise potential colleague warning signs (and in ourselves!).”
