Established in 1964, the Crookfur Estate is set amidst 10 acres of beautiful grounds and has a vibrant community. Residents can enjoy their retirement and maintain their independence in a safe, secure and worry-free environment.
The Estate is ideally located in Newton Mearns in the south side of Glasgow close to local amenities, the motorway and transport links. We have both one bedroom cottages and flats on the Estate, suitable for couples or single people.
Our accommodation comprises of 44 one bedroom cottages, 24 one bedroom flats and 13 extra care apartments.
Our dedicated Estate Manager and on-site support and care team at the Crookfur Estate are on-hand to support the comfort and independence of each resident; whether that means providing specialist care, arranging activities and events, or signposting to other agencies.
And with full-time maintenance staff, all those little jobs around the house and communal gardens are taken care of. Our residents can enjoy the time and independence of later life without worrying about the upkeep of their homes.
Families and friends often tell us there’s a great sense of reassurance in knowing the Estate feels safe and secure, with a 24-hour emergency system available in case anyone finds themselves in need of urgent assistance.
