Partner, Foot Anstey
Nathan is a Partner at national law firm Foot Anstey, where he leads the firm’s retail and consumer sector and is responsible for several key client relationships. He has been a long-time supporter of the Let’s Respect Retail campaign and co-created the Retailers Against Harassment Certification with the Retail Trust, which combines the experience, advisory skills and industry know-how of the two organisations to help retailers protect their employees from harassment and support them when they encounter it.
Specialising in regulatory work, Nathan also leads on Foot Anstey’s multi-disciplinary risk advisory offering, helping to keep clients’ strategy on track with proactive and reactive risk advice they can trust. Nathan advises clients on governance, compliance and the defence of regulatory prosecutions taking an holistic approach to risk, joining the dots between legal, reputation, procurement and risk to help clients achieve their goals.
