Alex Didymiotis is chief people officer at AllSaints, a global contemporary fashion brand, where she leads the global people and culture agenda for the company and its luxury menswear sister brand, John Varvatos (headquartered in New York).
She brings over two decades of experience in the retail sector, having held senior leadership roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, TFG Brands and Phase Eight, where she served as a company director for eight years.
Alex’s legal background, combined with a master’s degree in human resources management, fuels her passion and commitment to key organisational imperatives: building high-performing teams, championing inclusion and social mobility, and ensuring best-in-class employment practices.
Her experience spans international, founder-led, private and publicly listed consumer businesses, giving her a deep understanding of both physical retail and high-growth ecommerce environments.
