Andrew has worked in the retail sector for over thirty years, both in stores working for M&S, Next, Arcadia, and Esprit from sales floor to store management positions, and the last twenty-three years as a HR professional at NEXT. Andrew is currently the Head of HR for Retail, as well as the chair of Next’s LGBT+ employee-led community.
