I’m genuinely humbled and incredibly proud to be joining the ambassador community at the Retail Trust — an organisation that does such vital work supporting the people who make our industry what it is. Retail has been at the heart of my career, and I’ve been fortunate to work with brilliant teams across the sector. From trading floors to boardrooms, I’ve always believed that great retail starts with great people. I’m passionate about creating environments where teams feel energised, safe, and able to do their best work.
Ben is currently the Managing Director of Sainsbury’s Tu Clothing and has held board and trading roles for Matalan and Primark.
