Global Retail Director, Reiss
Luci is an accomplished retail executive with nearly 30 years of experience across some of the UK’s most recognised high street brands, including Topshop and New Look. She began her career in retail while studying at college and quickly discovered a passion for the dynamic, customer-focused environment — a passion that has defined her career ever since.
Progressing through roles in store and area management, Luci went on to hold senior leadership positions, including head of retail and operations and retail director. She is currently global retail director at Reiss, a position she has held for seven years. In this role, she leads a global portfolio of more than 150 points of sale across the UK, USA, and Europe, with responsibility for mainline stores, outlets, concessions, operations, and visual merchandising.
Luci is a strategic and people-focused leader who firmly believes that retail teams are the heartbeat of the business. She is passionate about empowering store teams, building genuine customer connections, and championing the continued growth of bricks-and-mortar retail in an increasingly digital world.
