Maria has over 30 years’ experience in the retail sector. She began her career in buying and merchandising at Arcadia and went on to executive roles at both ASOS and House Of Fraser.
Having joined Ann Summers as a commercial consultant in July 2018, she was appointed Joint MD in March 2019 and promoted to CEO in 2023.
