Chief Operating Officer, N Brown
Natalie Rogers FCIPD is a chief operating officer and experienced non-executive director with over 25 years of senior leadership experience across retail, financial services, digital, technology and other complex, consumer-facing sectors.
She is currently chief operating officer at N Brown Group, where she leads strategy and transformation, people, supply chain and digital product. A core focus of her remit is driving operational efficiency and effectiveness — not as a narrow cost exercise, but as the cultural and organisational glue that enables stronger, more consistent execution.
Having led major transformation programmes, Natalie believes clarity, pace and disciplined ways of working are essential to successful change, improving customer outcomes and creating better environments for colleagues to thrive.
Previously, Natalie served as chief people & sustainability officer, where she led a major reshaping of the operating model, improving efficiency while protecting critical capability and colleague experience. During this time, she also oversaw the organisation’s double materiality assessment, shifting ESG from a peripheral “nice to have” to a commercially integrated component of strategy, decision-making and performance management.
Earlier in her career, Natalie held senior leadership roles across professional and financial services, shaping her deep commitment to fair customer outcomes, support for vulnerable customers and responsible, trust-building decision-making.
Alongside her executive career, Natalie holds a portfolio of non-executive roles across education, mental health and the voluntary sector.
She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds an MSc from the London School of Economics.
