Ol leads Deloitte’s Retail team in the UK across the firm’s services of Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory and Tax & Legal.
Prior to this, he led Deloitte’s Retail Consulting practice, working with both business and technology leadership to design and deliver strategic change to embrace digital, enable growth and improve efficiency. Ol is also one the Deloitte’s leaders in retail eminence, from Retail Trends and the Deloitte Consumer Tracker to providing insight on profitability, customer experience and innovation in the sector. He is passionate about retail and has worked across fashion, department stores, supermarkets, DIY and electrical sectors for the past 23 years.
