She began her career in hospitality before transitioning into retail, holding a range of store-based roles before moving from store management into a HR generalist position. This progression has given Rachel a comprehensive, ground-up understanding of retail operations and the critical role people play in commercial success.
With over 20 plus years of experience, retail is in Rachel’s DNA, she brings both operational credibility and strategic leadership to her role.
