Drawing his extensive background spanning online media, music, and M&A, Rob Feldmann has been an integral part of BrandAlley since its inception in 2008.

Beginning with News Corporation in 1998, he embarked on a multifaceted career, initially assuming the role of CFO within NewsCorp’s Global Music Group. Rob then transitioned to a Pan-European position as mergers & acquisitions director, where he provided invaluable financial, operational, and strategic guidance for NewsCorp’s Media Properties.

Taking on the role of CEO at BrandAlley.co.uk in mid-2009, Rob has steered the company to become the premier fashion private sales platform in the UK. Demonstrating entrepreneurial prowess, in 2013 Rob spearheaded a successful management buyout (MBO) of BrandAlley. His steadfast dedication to propelling the business forward is evident in his adept leadership and innovative strategies.

Under Rob’s stewardship, BrandAlley has expanded its portfolio through multiple strategic acquisitions including Achica.com, Cocosa.com, BrandAlley France, the homeware brand Lombok and selected assets of Internet Fusion Group (IFG), the owner of Surfdome and Country Attire. As part of the IFG asset acquisition, BrandAlley purchased a fully automated logistics operation and strong customer experience team that has significantly enhanced its back-end infrastructure.

In recent years, BrandAlley has invested in circular fashion business (luxury reseller) Sign of the Times as well as acquiring e-mobility specialist Electroheads.com and trainer resale business The Edit LDN. These transactions signify BrandAlley’s journey towards becoming the most dynamic player in the off-price and secondary market.
