Sarah Ashby leads Mamas & Papas, the UK’s market-leading nursery brand. She joined the business in early 2024 as chief financial officer before stepping into her current leadership role. Sarah has spent much of her career in global consumer goods businesses in a variety of finance roles (P&G, Heinz and Pladis). Latterly, she worked at Asda in senior finance and M&A roles. Sarah is also a charity trustee and treasurer of Spinal Injuries Association and a passionate mentor and advocate of women in business.
