Will began his retail career aged 15 as a Saturday assistant at Olympus Sports and has spent his working life in the industry. He built a 22-year career at Marks & Spencer before moving into senior leadership roles at The Body Shop and later within EssilorLuxottica’s optical retail businesses.
Now sales director for Vision Express and David Clulow across the UK and Ireland, Will leads a 600-store network focused on performance, customer experience and developing high-performing teams.
Having grown up in retail, he believes passionately in our industry and creating environments where colleagues feel supported, valued and able to thrive. He is proud to serve as a Retail Trust Ambassador and to champion the wellbeing of people working across the retail sector.
