Lesley is a Trustee of The Retail Trust and the Chair of Remco. She is the Senior Board Advisor of The Inzito Partnership, the specialist executive search company finding FTSE Chairs, CEOs, Non-Execs, Trustees & Board Appointments. She is a Director of the Holburne, Bath, a leading art gallery, and a Trustee of the new Fashion Museum Foundation Bath, a future world class cultural & educational destination.
She was previously the Founder & Chief Executive of Exley Hervey Executive Search, a specialist boutique head hunting company. She placed Chief Executives, C-Suite & Board Directors for UK and international clients in Retail, Fashion, Home/Lifestyle, Beauty, Luxury, Property and Arts & Culture sectors. Prior to this, Lesley held Board Marketing & General Management roles at Selfridges, L’Oreal, Zales Jewellers, International Gold Corp, Laura Ashley & Tencel Courtaulds /Akzo Nobel.
She is a Freeman of the City of London, and a Liveryman of The Goldsmiths Company. She is a Member of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications Leadership),and a former President of the Retail Twenty Club & The Fashion Group UK.
Lesley is an experienced business leader with global brand marketing credentials, giving cogent and value-added advice to boards and key stakeholders. She has extensive expertise in shaping organisations for optimum performance, with creative solutions to deliver growth across all channels.
Lesley holds a BA Hons. Degree in Politics & Modern History with French from Manchester University.
