John Dalton, founder of Innovative Development Solutions | Uniquely Different, spends his time working with people and organisations on coaching, team development, change management and leadership.
John decided to cycle the Prudential RideLondon to Surrey to raise vital funds for the Retail Trust. Avid cycler John would cycle around 100 miles a week but he hadn’t yet attempted 100 miles in one go.
“Training for me started in March which I really enjoyed. I have cycled all my life but never for endurance. I took part in the challenge for the Retail Trust and raised approximately £500. A highlight for me was the cycle through London as I got to see the city up close and personal. I am aiming to race again in the future and I am keen to get a team of people to do it with me!”
