Managing Director, Kerv
Nicholas is a highly effective, professional and results-orientated Managing Director with a wealth of international experience across multiple sectors and an innate expertise for digital transformation and business strategy. He leads the Kerv Transform practice to deliver IT-managed services for a wide range of organisations, encompassing cyber security, adaptable remote work setups, business continuity strategies, expert professional consultations and more.
Nicholas is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and has worked in technology and telecommunications for almost 30 years, cutting his teeth at BT, before joining a start-up telecoms aggregator which experienced significant growth over four years.
He then joined another IT MSP specialising in networking and was promoted to COO with the overall day-to-day management of the business. In 2019, he took a bet on his future progression and decided to leave the business to start a full-time MBA in 2019. After graduating, Nicholas joined Kerv in 2021 to head up the Transform practice as MD.
