Having spent her career either as a retail executive or as an advisor to retail and consumer businesses, Erin specialises in turnaround and transformation. Before joining A&M, she spent five years at The Body Shop International and has also acted as Chief Restructuring Officer and Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Debenhams.
Erin is a Non-Executive Director of Revolution Beauty.
