Paul is a Managing Director at Permira, an international Private Equity firm that provides capital and support to grow ambitious businesses into industry leaders.
Paul’s focus at Permira is on the execution of transactions for the Permira Funds globally. Outside of the Boards he is a member of, in connection with the investment activities of the Permira Funds, he is also on the Board of Trustees at the Permira Foundation, where he is Chair, sits on the Board of Trustees of the Dr. Martens Foundation and is founding Trustee of Social Business Trust and Vice Chair.
