Amy Butterworth

An experienced organisation development and change professional, Amy is passionate about building future-proof workplaces and enabling more diverse teams through flexibility. Amy oversees consultancy projects and training at Timewise, and supports the consultancy team to enable and challenge clients to embed flexibility for lasting cultural and structural change.

With an MA in psychology and following several years in HR and OD roles, Amy made the move into organisation consultancy in 2010 and since then has worked on a variety of change and transformation programmes for clients including Jaguar Land Rover, RBS, the NHS and Sky.

Amy has been working with Timewise since 2017 and in that time has led Pioneer programmes for firms in the retail and asset management sectors, developed their Flex Positive programme for employers and designed innovative pilots to improve scheduling and work life balance for shift-based roles. Amy is currently advising several Timewise clients on their plans for hybrid working, and leading a trailblazing programme in partnership with NHS England & NHS Improvement, equipping 95 NHS Trusts to execute their own in-house flex change initiatives.
